Course offer and contract
A course is available only when its page shows the date, place or delivery mode, included services, price, tax treatment, capacity, booking deadline, and applicable booking policy.
Before payment, the customer can review and correct the order and see the total price and applicable terms. A contract is formed when Ardevant confirms the successful order by email.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate contact and booking information, ensure that the named participant is entitled to attend, and must not submit credentials or unlawfully disclosed confidential material.
Course materials
Unless a course states otherwise, Ardevant retains intellectual-property rights in its website and course materials. A participant may use supplied materials for personal professional learning but may not resell, publish, or distribute them.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Mandatory consumer rights and mandatory jurisdiction rules remain unaffected. The version accepted with an order continues to govern that order.
