What is collected and why
Technical information such as your IP address, browser and requested pages is processed to run and protect the website.
When you enquire about training or advisory, your contact details, organisation and message are used to answer your request. Optional details about your role, team, location and timing help prepare a relevant reply. Enquiries are delivered by email, not added to a marketing list or CRM.
For bookings, your name, email, course and order details, payment status and access records are used to manage your place, deliver materials and receipts, provide support and meet legal obligations. Stripe handles card details; Ardevant does not store your card number.
There is no newsletter, advertising tracking, behavioural profiling or third-party website analytics.
Service providers
The website runs on Hetzner, with Cloudflare providing the domain and DNS. Resend handles email delivery and receiving, Google Gmail receives website enquiries, and Stripe handles payments. These services process the information needed to provide hosting, communication and payments; processing may take place outside Switzerland, including Europe and the United States.
Cookies and retention
Only storage needed for security, sessions, booking access, checkout and administrator sign-in is used. Blocking it may stop these functions from working.
Data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request or booking and satisfy legal, accounting and security obligations, then deleted or anonymised where appropriate.
Your rights
Email hello@ardevant.com to ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data. Identity verification may be needed, and records subject to legal retention requirements cannot always be deleted immediately.
