Data and purposes
The website processes technical connection and security data, including IP address, request time, requested path, response status, and user-agent information, to deliver and protect the service.
For a private training or advisory enquiry, Ardevant processes the contact's name, work email, organisation, optional role, requested location or delivery mode, approximate team size, preferred timing, and non-confidential request details only to assess and answer the enquiry. The application sends this information through Resend to the Owner's configured inbox and does not add it to a customer relationship management database or use it for marketing.
For a course purchase, Ardevant processes the purchaser's and participant's name and email address, order and course details, payment status, booking-access records, transactional messages, and financial and audit evidence needed to form and perform the contract, provide support, and meet legal obligations.
Ardevant does not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking, behavioural profiling, a newsletter, or third-party browser analytics. Card credentials are handled by Stripe and are not stored by Ardevant.
Service providers
Ardevant runs the application on a Hetzner server managed with Coolify. Cloudflare supplies domain and DNS services, Stripe processes card payments, and Resend delivers transactional email. These providers process only the data needed for their service under their applicable terms and safeguards.
Cookies and retention
Ardevant uses only browser storage required for security, session continuity, checkout, and administrator sign-in. Blocking essential storage may prevent those functions from working.
Personal data is kept only while needed for the stated purpose and applicable contractual, financial, tax, security, dispute, or other legal obligations, then deleted or anonymised where appropriate.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request information about your personal data and ask for access, correction, or deletion. Ardevant may request proportionate identity evidence and may retain data where a legal obligation or justified exception applies.
